  Authentic BBQ with a bunch of happy employees. An hour before closing they were out of Brisket, ribs and pulled pork. That's actually a good sign. You can't just whip up another rack of ribs if you've run out for the day...unless you are Applebee's or Outback. I had the pulled chicken sandwich which was very good but would have benefited from a better bun. Service was outstanding. Nice addition to Port Angeles. I'm glad I passed on Wendy's on my way into town.

  I have been to this place 4 times. I am very particular about BBQ, so the first time I ordered BBQ as a test to see if there were authentic. It was excellent, and the mac & cheese was great and obviously made from scratch. Second visit I ordered the brisket sandwich and 4 cheese jalapeño poppers and all was great as well. Been back two more times with friends and everything has been excellent. Good BBQ is not cheap and this place is worthy of the cost. Good deals on appetizers during happy hour.

  I ordered take out and got the pulled pork and brisket plates. I though the meat was perfectly tender and the sauces were great. Perfect balance of flavors and not being overly salty, spicy or tangy. The fries were dang good. I also got beans and mac&cheese. The beans were good and the mac&cheese didn't really do anything for me.
  
  The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice and open with lots of natural light. I like the open kitchen concept. While it has a bar, it defiantly seemed to be very accessible to family's of all ages. I would defiantly recommend this restaurant. I look forward to going back.
